<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect the degree of contamination of a filter unit by integrating in a nonvolatile memory the fan driving time only when an actuator for operating a switching door for selectively switching an air current toward a filter unit or an exhaust port is in the filter unit ventilating mode. SOLUTION: A sensor for detecting whether a switching door 10 is in an inside air circulating mode or an exhaust mode is built in a case forming an actuator for switching a switching door 10. The cumulative time when the switching door 10 is in the inside air circulating mode for blowing air to a filter unit 9 and a fan motor 13 is driven is stored in a nonvolatile memory. When the cumulative time reaches a set time, a warning is given from an alarm device. By this arrangement, the driving time of the fan motor 13 when air is blown to the filter unit 9 is integrated, so that the degree of contamination of the filter unit 9 with the driving cumulative time of the fan motor 13 can be grasped effectively.</p> |
