PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip transferring device capable of performing transfer at high speed, having a simple and small-sized drive mechanism, and having a little generation of vibration. SOLUTION: A transfer disc 1 is so arranged as to be inclined in relation to a horizontal surface, and it has transfer grooves 11 on the upper surface and cavities 12 on the outer peripheral surface. Chips C are dropped into the transfer grooves 11 and aligned in the specified direction with the rotation of the transfer disc 1, and one chip C is held by the cavity 12 by the action of gravity. A conveying disc 2 is provided with cavities 21 for receiving the chips C from the transfer disc 1 at equal pitches on the outer periphery, and air suction holes for sucking and holding the chips C in receiving the chips C from the transfer disc 1 are provided on respective cavities 21. The transfer disc 1 and the conveying disc 2 are continuously driven in synchronism with each other so that both cavities 12, 21 may face to each other. |
