<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the NOx concn. at the outlet of the denitrator below a specified value at all times and to nullify leaked ammonia by obtaining an appropriate injection of ammonia. SOLUTION: The amt. of ammonia to be adsorbed and injected is obtained by solving the reverse model of the dynamic characteristics of the denitration and adsorption reactions by the use of the flow rate and temp. of the waste gas, the NOx concn. at the inlet and the desired NOx concn. at the outlet. The estimated NOx concn. at the outlet is calculated by simulation by using the flow rate and temp. of the waste gas and the NOx concn. at the inlet, the obtained estimated NOx concn. at the outlet is compared with the desired NOx concn. at the outlet to obtain the correction, and the corrected amt. of ammonia to be injected is obtained from the correction. The sum of the calculated amt. of ammonia to be injected obtained by solving the reverse model and the corrected amt. of ammonia to be injected obtained by the calculation by simulation is used in the FF signal of the ammonia injection, and the injection of ammonia into the denitrator is feedforward-controlled by using the signal.</p> |
