METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING VEHICULAR INTERIOR TRIM MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a vehicular interior trim material by a method wherein the interior trim material having structure that a skin material is stuck on a base member is properly manufactured by a simple constitution manufacturing device. SOLUTION: A manufacturing device for a vehicular interior trim material comprises an adhesive coating device 1 to coat an adhesive (m) on a part of the surface of a base member 9; a skin material containing device 3 to adhere a skin material 95 on the surface of a base member 9 through the adhesive (m) after the adhesive coated on the base member is heated; and a surface setting device 2 having a jig 20 for a surface setting having a down protrusion edge part for surface setting in a recessed groove, formed in the surface of the base member 9, for a part of the skin material 95. In this case, the surface setting device 2 is provided with a hot air feeding means 4 to feed hot air to a part surrounded with the down protrusion edge part of the jig 20 for surface setting. The surface setting device 2 is further functioned as a heating device to heat the adhesive (m).
