THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer having highly balanced moldability and mechanical, properties such as flexibility and elastic recovery. SOLUTION: This elastomer composition is produced from a polymer composition containing (A) an oil-extended ethylene copolymer rubber containing an ethylene copolymer rubber having an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 4.3-6.8 dl/g measured in decalin solvent at 135 deg.C and a mineral oil-based softener and (B) >=70 wt.% (based on 100 wt.% of the total polymer components) of an olefin resin by dynamically heat-treating the polymer composition in the presence of a crosslinking agent.
