PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid agrochemical composition scarcely causing decomposition of ingredients even when preserved for a long period by including a sulfonylurea-based herbicidally active ingredient, a specific sodium polyacrylate and a basic white carbon therein. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) 0.01-50 wt.% of a sulfonylurea-based herbicidally active ingredient [e.g. methylα-(4,6- dimethoxypyrimidin-2-ylcarbamoylsulfamoyl)-o-toluate (common name: bensulfuron-methyl)], (B) 2-20 wt.% of sodium polyacrylate having 2,000-50,000 molecular weight and (C) 0.1-50 wt.%, preferably 1-30 wt.% of a basic white carbon at preferably pH >=8 of a 10 wt.% dispersion thereof. The ingredient B is a colorless or a white powdery or liquid compound having the formula as a basic structure. The ingredient C is a generic name of a synthesized fine powdery anhydrous silicon oxide or a hydrous silicon oxide represented by the formula SiO2 .nH2 O.
