PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of exhibiting excellent balance between the flexing fatigue resistance, printability, molding processibility and others of thin-wall parts of the molded product thereof and useful in the field of e.g. OA equipment by compounding a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin with a specific terpolymer and a specific phosphorus-based compound. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition consisting of 15-50 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer (A1 ) obtained by graft polymerization, to 30-80 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer having a weight-average particle diameter of 0.1-1.5μm, of 70-20 pts.wt. of a monomer mixture of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer (M1 ) and a vinyl cyanide-based monomer (M2 ) and/or another vinyl-based monomer (M3 ) copolymerizable therewith, and 85-50 pts.wt. of a vinyl-based polymer (A2 ) made from 75-45 wt.% of the component M1 , 25-55 wt.% of the component M2 and 0-60 wt.% of the component M3 , with (B) 1-15 pt(s).wt. of a terpolymer from ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid ester/carbon monoxide and (C) 0.05-5 pt(s).wt. of a phosphorus-based compound having a molecular weight of 200-1,000 and a boiling point of >=150 deg.C.
