PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock and unlock with a single key a cabinet having a shutter on the upper portion of a drawer section by locking simultaneously the shutter by extending an operating plate that locks more than one drawers. SOLUTION: A cylinder lock 5 is provided in a topmost drawer of a cabinet, and by pressing and rotating an operating plate 10 provided inside the main body 11 of a sleeve through an opening 15 by an operating rod 16 by rotating a key, more than one drawers are locked simultaneously by engaging an engagement piece 9 provided on the operating plate 10 with an opening formed on the sides of drawers. An engaging hook 7 is formed at the tip of an extended portion 10a by extending the operating plate 10 in the upper portion, a hook- shaped stopper 8 is provided at the tip end of a shutter 3 that closes the upper portion of a top plate 4a, of the drawer part and can be engaged with the engagement hook 7 through an opening 6 provided in the top plate 4a. Therefore, by operating the cylinder lock 5, more than one drawers and the shutter 3 in the upper portion of the drawer section can be locked simultaneously. |
