摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably prepared the subject substitute using existing equipment under standard biomedical conditions by culturing chondrocytes into a three-dimensional conjugate, placing on an exposed bone by replacing on a defective joint surface after growing the cells, and providing a reactant that encourages osteogenesis on a carrier that is bonded to the bone. The porous carrier 1 whose pore volume is 95%, is bonded firmly by an osteogenesis accelerator 2. As granular hydroxyapatite ceramic having an average grain size of 0.3 mm is bonded to an osteogenesis adjuvant 2, the carrier has a sealing layer 3 of an absorptive polymer film made from a copolymer of the same glycolic acid and lactic acid. The main function of the absorptive polymer film is to protect the hydroxyapatite ceramic and subcartlaginous bone 5 below it against a synovia that hinders incorporation after transplantion.
