PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the upper opening of a filter from shriveling to the inside by holding down it through very simple operation, and furthermore, to extremely easily replace the filter. SOLUTION: In this device, when an upper-opened type bag like filter 2 in which an extractant 1 such as coffee powder and tea leaves is housed is arranged in a vessel 3 and a liquid such as hot water or water is poured into the filter 2 to extract the extractant such as coffee or tea, in order to hold an upper opening 4 of the filter 2 in wide open, the inside of the opening of the filter 2 is held down. In this case, on a peripheral edge 5 of the opening of the vessel 3, plural filter holding down bodies 6 are freely rotatably provided and the plural filter holding down bodies 6 are rotated toward the inside of the vessel 3. In this way, the inside of the upper opening 4 of the filter 2 arranged in the vessel 3 is held down to enable the upper opening 4 to be held in wide open. |
