<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the contamination of a protective glass by fully shielding a molten metal and increasing the spraying volume of an air knife in a laser processing nozzle. SOLUTION: In this laser processing nozzle, a laser light is condensed by a lens optical system 12 and ejected to a workpiece for welding the workpiece. A protective glass 15 is arranged at the lower side of the lens optical system 12, and an air knife is sprayed between the lens optical system 12 and the workpiece 13 from air knife nozzles 17a-17c in a manner to cross an optical axis of the laser light. A shield gas is sprayed to the workpiece from a shield gas ejection port 16. The air knife has a pressure gradient so that the pressure of the optical system 12 side is high and the pressure of the workpiece 13 side is low.</p> |
