<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out good marking against a portion which exceeds a focal depth of a laser light in a material to be marked. SOLUTION: A two-axle robot 11 moves a laser oscillator 1 and a material 2 to be marked relatively in a horizontal direction, and carries out marking to the material 2 by ejecting a laser light 9 from the laser oscillator 1. The material 2 to be marked is fixed to a rotary jig 4, and the rotary jig 4 is rotated by a motor 3. Thereby, even if the material 2 is an arc face, a working distance from the laser oscillator 1 can be kept constant, and even if the material 2 is an arc exceeding the focal depth of the laser light, marking can be carried out.</p> |
