<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the withdrawal of generated gaseous hydrogen chloride without mixing it with a heating gas and to prevent corrosion of the equipment due to the generated hydrogen chloride, in the equipment. SOLUTION: In this rotary kiln type equipment, an equipment main body A consists of an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 2 placed inside the outer tube 1, wherein the inside of the inner tube 2 is used as the passage 3 for a chlorine- containing resinous material to be treated and the space between the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1 is used as the passage 4 for a heating gas, and also, is provided with a constant-volume feeder 7 which is used for feeding a mixture of the resinous material to be treated and a heating medium and connected to the end of the inner tube 2 on one end side of the main body A, a heating gas feed port 8 placed at the end of the outer tube 1 on this one end side of the main body A and a heating gas discharging port 9 placed at the end of the outer tube 1 on the other end side of the main body A.</p> |
