<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title composition excellent in optical suitability and fluidity and suitable for high-speed printing of newspaper, etc., by incorporating a black pigment comprising carbon black having an adherent amine compound. CONSTITUTION:Carbon black is prepared which has a particle diameter of 10-100 mmu, a DBP adsorption of 20-350 ml/100 g, and an oxygen content, calculated from oxygen compound in volatile matter at 950 deg.C, of at least 5 mg/g based on carbon black. About 0.01-2 wt.% amine compound (e.g. 1,4- diaminopropane or ethylenediamine) is stuck to this carbon black to produce a black pigment. This pigment is mixed with a resin varnish, a linseed oil, a solvent, a toning agent, a desiccant, etc., to produce the title composition.</p> |
