The invention concerns a device for regulating the temperature of a container (3) designed to receive food products and subjected to heating means (5), characterised in that it comprises: a main passive heat generator (11) formed at least by the container (3) and subjected to the action of the heating means (5); a secondary passive heat generator (14) mounted thermally sensitive to the heating means (5) and to the main heat generator (11), the main (11) and secondary (14) heat generators being arranged such that the secondary generator temperature is a reflection of that of the first generator; a sensor (17) measuring the secondary heat generator (14) temperature; and means (8) for regulating the heating means (5).
