PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate the whole of a mechanical reduction gear with a motor by easily releasing the connection between a motor and the mechanical reduction gear and applying small force to a part of the output side of the reduction gear when the geared speed reducer is needed to be freely operated by any reason. SOLUTION: In a mechanical reduction gear in which a first external gear 41 is fitted to an input rotating shaft 11 connected to a driving motor, and a second external gear 43 is meshed with the first external gear, the first external gear side tip part 63 of the input rotating shaft is relatively unrotatable to the input rotating shaft, and movable in the axial direction of the input rotating shaft, and the tip part is engaged with the first external gear movably in the axial direction, and the tip part and the external gear are adapted to selectively take the state of integral rotation and the state of free relative rotation according to the axial movement of the tip part.
