The connector assembly for partition profiles (1A, 2A) incorporates a connecting piece (3) and a cam (4). The connecting piece has two curved branches (32, 33) and a thrust surface for a cam (4). The branches are connected to the first profile by out-turned lips (321, 331). The inner edges of the connecting piece lips have grooves (322, 332) for a wedging plate (52) with a hole for a fastening screw (6).
