The holder consists of an outer case (1) with a slot (3) and a convex rounded front face (5), spring-loaded over an inner component (2) with a second slot (4) and a spike (13). The spring (10) is on a rod (7) with an end stop (11) inside the inner component. The holder is mounted on a support, and when the outer component is pushed in the slots align to allow a notice panel to be inserted. When the outer component is released the slots separate and the notice is pressed against the spike to grip it.
