The housing includes a front cover (1), a rear cover (2), an inside removable part (3) fitted with means for retaining one or more tachograph discs. Each disc is arranged adjacent to the two opposite faces of the removable part so that the housing in the closed position is approximately the same thickness as a compact disc housing, double or simple format.
