Locking device for pastry case molds

The two halves of a hemispherical mold (2) used to make pastry cases are held together by a locking device. This device consists of a metal strip (8) bent over ate each end (12 and 12') to fit over the rim of the molds across a cord. A pivoting piece (9) with a bent end (13) and handle (14) fits over the rim at a third point.
