The invention concerns a building method and assembly of all or part of a structure comprising a structural frame and using at least one building board. The invention is characterised in that it comprises the following steps: fixing to the panels (14, 16) one first plurality of slings (18, 20) passing through the boards (14, 16) on either side, mutually parallel and separated from one another; anchoring the sling (14, 16) ends to the structural frame; and pulling the slings (18, 20) taut.
