PURPOSE: A voice transmission confirming apparatus is provided to enable a user to confirm voice transmission by sensing and displaying the voice of the user. CONSTITUTION: A voice transmission confirming apparatus comprises an audio amplifier(2) which amplifies and outputs a voice signal of a user through a microphone(1). A voice transmission unit(3) transmits a voice signal from the audio amplifier(2) to a recipient. A signal strength detector(4) detects the strength of the voice signal from the audio amplifier(2). An operating part(5) compares the detected strength value with a reference level value. A controller(7) takes out a transmission reference level value stored in a memory(6) to supply the taken reference level value to the operating part(5), and generates a display control signal according to a comparison result of the operating part(5). A display driving part(8) drives a display unit(9) according to the display control signal so as to display whether a voice is transmitted.
