Balcony with attachment for building

A bush (16) is put in a hole of appropriate diameter which is drilled in a facade at least once for each balcony to be supported on a building. A connecting piece (10) with two plates (12, 14) is inserted at least partially in the bush and one of the plates (14) is screwed on to a threaded spindle (18) fixed in the brickwork. A bolt (26) is attached to the other plate (12) for bolting the balcony to. A radial clearance remains between the outside diameter of the connecting piece and the inside diameter of the bush. Preferably the connecting piece is in the form of an elongated cylinder with threaded plates on its ends.
