The method involves processing signals (sa) which consist respectively of timewise successive signal values (Sa(ta,0), whereby each of the signal values is first of all associated with a respective current time value (ta,0). Each signal value is corrected through interpolation before any further time-critical processing on the basis of information about the course of the corresponding signal, as well as in dependence on the time difference between the associated time values and a reference time value. The current time is preferably used as the reference time value.
