A concrete structure with an outer spherical-dome format and a radial inner format, allowing the utilization of the wind, irrespective of the quadrant from which it is blowing, channelling it, via wind-intake conveying conduits (No. ref. 1, Fig. II), to the junctions (No. ref. 2, Fig. II), then descending via the central tubular rings (No. ref. 3, Fig. II), with the shape of a coil (in the form of a spiral), as far as the turbine/generator set (No. ref. 6, Fig. II), where the wind's energy is converted into mechanical energy and this in turn is converted into electrical energy. It consists of the following elements: concrete wind- intake conveying conduits (No. ref. 1, Fig. II), with a helical format, intended for conveying the wind from the outside to the junctions (No. ref. 2, Fig. II); steel safety conduit (No. ref. 7, Fig. III), for deflecting the flows to the outside if required; steel exhaust conduit (No. ref. 6, Fig. III), for sending the flows from the turbine/generator set (No. ref. 6, Fig. II) to the outside; junctions (No. ref. 2, Fig. II) (steel), serve as hinge between the wind-intake conveying conduits (No. ref. 1, Fig. 11) and the central tubular rings (No. ref. 3, Fig. II), accelerating the flows owing to the reduction in diameter; flow-intake valves (No. ref. 5, Fig. II), that exist inside the junctions (No. ref. 2, Fig. II), of the "bubble" type intended for controlling the flows; central tubular rings (steel) (No. ref. 3; Fig. II), in the shape of a coil (in the form of a spiral), intended for receiving the flows from the intake conveying conduits (No. ref. 1, Fig. II) and junctions (No. ref. 2, Fig. II), and transmitting them to the turbine/generator set (No. ref. 6, Fig. II); circular support wall (made of concrete) (No. ref. 4, Fig. II), serving as support for the central tubular rings (No. ref. 3, Fig. II) and for separating these and the central area; turbine/generator set (No. ref. 6, Fig. II), for converting the energy. <IMAGE>
