PURPOSE: A laser screen and a method for fabricating the same are provided to change a direction of dislocation for a crystalline side of a semiconductor layer by improving a structure of a laser screen. CONSTITUTION: A laser screen is formed with a cavity(21), a heat extraction layer(22) for emitting heat generated from the cavity(21), and an adhesive layer(23) for adhering the cavity(21) to the heat extraction layer(22). The cavity(21) has a semiconductor layer(24), a reflective mirror(25) formed on one side of the semiconductor layer(24), and a mirror layer(26) formed on the other side of the semiconductor layer(24). The heat extraction layer(22) is formed by a sapphire for emitting heat generated from the cavity(21). The adhesive layer(23) is formed with an optical adhesive such as OK-72F for conducting the heat of the cavity(21) to the heat extraction layer(22).
