<p>A booster which can form a relatively large output current with a highly linear input-output transmitting characteristic is constituted of an input circuit which is composed of a bipolar transistor and drives a CMOS output circuit composed of a P-channel MOSFET and an N-channel MOSFET, and a negative feedback circuit which feeds back the output signal of the CMOS output circuit to the input circuit and is made to negatively feed back output signal for amplifying operations so that output signals can be obtained from the CMOS output circuit.</p> |
