<p>A polymer dispersion composition obtained by mixing an aqueous solution of a water-soluble polymer with an organic liquid containing water-insoluble polymer particles dispersed therein and then dehydrating the mixture. The composition is suitable for use, e.g., as a binder composition for lithium-ion secondary batteries. The batteries produced with the composition have a large capacity and excellent charge-discharge characteristics.</p> |
