摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a universal and ecological measuring device for determining the resistance of technical systems to the action of external electro-magnetic fields. This system uses as a radiating member the circuit which is analysed in the object to be tested and comprises two separate channels, i.e. an excitation channel and a measuring channel. The intensity of the electro-magnetic field generated in the surrounding space is measured and compared with a predetermined and normative intensity of external electro-magnetic field. A connection is provided between the channels of the device, wherein said connection is used for determining the resistance of the electric circuit to the action of all types of external electro-magnetic fields, including pulse electro-magnetic fields, by defining the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of the electrical component of the electro-magnetic field thus generated. The electro-magnetic fields excited by the device do not induce any ecological danger for the maintenance staff.</p>
