The microwave-millimeter wave circuit has at least one end of the part via which earth conductor pattern is connected, with an elongated section of at least 10 micro m in length to alter coplanar wiring arrangement to compensate circuit element characteristic variations. The circuit has a dielectric substrate with a dielectric zone, an earth conductor connection wiring arrangement and circuit elements formed on the substrate. A wiring arrangement connected to the circuit elements crosses over part of the earth conductor connection wiring. Earth conductor patterns (GP1-GP6) separated from each other by the wiring arrangement are electrically connected together by part of the earth conductor connection wiring (GW), with which they form a coplanar wiring arrangement on the substrate. At least one end of the part via which the earth conductor pattern is connected has an elongated section of at least 10 microns in length to alter the coplanar wiring arrangement to compensate circuit element characteristic variations. An Independent claim is also included for the production of a microwave-millimeter wave circuit.
