The invention refers to a device designed to ensure the synchronous displacement of the step rods of some hydraulic cylinders (A1...Aj...An), which execute the relative displacement of two assemblies (1 and 2) when there are some positioning errors, different geometrical volumes and differences in the hydraulic efficiency, as well as to enable the individual displacement of any of the hydraulic cylinders (A1...Aj...An) in order to position or modify their loading. The invention is applicable for opening the derricks of drilling rigs and other metallic constructions, for lifting big assemblies, such as blocks of drilling rigs, ship hulls, etc.
