The invention concerns a sole (14) comprising a curvilinear median axis (52) resting on the ground, the sole (14) front part being curved inwards, while the sole (14) heel is oriented outwards, for optimising the support on the ground respectively in pronation and in supination. The sole (14) front face comprises a first series of studs (16) extending along a first curve (C1) substantially perpendicular to the axis (52), and having a radius of curvature greater than that of R1 of the sole front conjugate internal surface. The heel rear face comprises a second series of studs (16) extending along a second curve (C2) substantially perpendicular to the axis (52), and having a radius of curvature greater than that of R2 of the heel conjugate internal surface.
