Lipopeptides inducing T-cyxtotoxic lymphocytes and their use as vaccines

A lipopeptide (I) is new and comprises a partial peptide containing 10-40 amino acids and at least one antigenic determinant specific for cytotoxic T lymphocytes. A lipopeptide (I) is new and comprises a partial peptide containing 10-40 (especially 10-20) amino acids and at least one antigenic determinant specific for cytotoxic T lymphocytes. The lipopeptide comprises at least one 10-20C fatty acid derivatives (a) - (c) and/or at least one modified steroid group coupled to functional groups alpha NH2 or epsilon NH2of the amino acids; (a) 2-aminohexadecanoic acid; (b) a lipopeptide of formula (A); or (c) a lipopeptide of formula (B); Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a vaccine against a pathogenic agent containing (I); (2) use of (I) for the preparation of a medicament for: (i) immunizing a human or animal against an antigen by inducing cytotoxic T-lymphocytes; (ii) immunizing a human or animal against tumor cells; and/or (iii) immunizing human or animal against pathogens; (3) a pharmaceutical composition (II) comprising (I) and diluents or pharmaceutically acceptable compatible adjuvants
