Single crystal pulling apparatus

摘要

A single crystal pulling apparatus which can remove troubles caused by an isolation valve heated to a high temperature, realize its smooth operation, and grow a good quality of single crystal. A heat insulation plate is provided below the isolation valve to be operated synchronized with opening or closing operation of an opening of the isolation valve, thereby preventing hot gas coming from a lower chamber from coming into direct contact with the isolation valve.
