PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel allocation system of communication between a road side base station and a mobile station in which interruption of communi cation is suppressed even in case of TDMA communication system where commu nication request from the mobile station is high. SOLUTION: In the channel allocation system of communication between road side and a vehicle using TDMA communication system, when a base station receives a communication request from a mobile station moving only in one direction within a radio communication zone, an idle communication data slot closest to a control slot is assigned to a mobile station entering the radio communication zone. When the mobile station exits the radio communication zone and an idle communication data slot is generated, it is assigned preferentially to a mobile station entering the radio communication zone anew.
