PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize breakage to an electrical junction box at the time of collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this attachment structure of electrical junction box, the electrical junction box 20 is disposed near behind a dash panel 13 and is fixed to a side panel 15 on cowl side with legs 23, 24 extending from a junction box body 21. A protruding part 22 for receiving impact at the time of collision of a vehicle, such as impact from the dash panel 13 side ahead of the junction box body 21 is provided so as to protrude at the junction box body 21 of the electrical junction box 20. Legs 23, 24 are formed with strength low enough to be broken ahead of breakage to the junction box body 21 when more than a prescribed load is applied to the junction box body 21 as the result of the protruding part 22 receiving impact due to collision of a vehicle.
