The invention concerns a device comprising a drawing roll (20) around which are wound in the form of a web the filaments (10) coming from the die, a pre-drawing assembly (50) storing the filaments to be scrapped, a spinning assembly (30) for removing the filaments from the roll and for receiving them, and means (40) for guiding the filaments in the spinning assembly (30) and up to the winder in the form of a strand. The invention is characterised in that the pre-drawing assembly (50) is arranged downstream of the spinning assembly (30).
