<p>The arrangement has a conventional location processor that determines the position of the device and transmits data via an output unit and an antenna (A) to the emergency call point. A power source is internally activated by pressing a button (T) and a connection is made automatically to an emergency call point via an already known mobile radio network; speech communication is then possible between the caller and call station.
