A spongy material plug (2) impregnated with perfume is placed in a casing (1). The casing is then closed by a cap (3) drilled with small orifices (4) allowing the gradual passing of the perfume fragrance. The casing is fixed to a support (5) which can be a ring, an earring a tie pin or button.
