PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common bathroom of an apartment house which allows refreshing bathing, serves as a place for dwellers to communicate with one another, and reduces the running cost of hot water supply. SOLUTION: A common bathroom 4 having a wide bathtub 2 is provided on a first basement of an apartment house. A heat-storage water tank 6 is provided below the common bathroom 4. A solar water heating device 8, a wind power generator 10, and a solar cell device 12 are installed on the top of the apartment house. When a predetermined wind force is generated or when the sun shines, electric energy generated by the wind power generating set 10 or the solar cell device 12 is stored in power storage sets B1 , B2 . When a water pump P1 pumps up underground water as it is driven by a first electric motor M1 using the power storage device B1 as a source of electric supply, hot water generated at the heat collecting part 8a of the solar water heating device is stored in the heat-storage water tank 6. When a hot water feed pump P2 is actuated by being driven by a second electric motor M2 using the power storage device B2 as a source of electric supply, the hot water is supplied from the heat-storage water tank to the bathtub. |
