<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient durability in the use of a rotation detector for ABS(antilock brake system) of automobile by including an acrylic rubber elastomer as the main component of a matrix. SOLUTION: A matrix constituting an elastic magnetic body together with a magnetism imparting material contains components such as cross-linking agent, cross-linking aid, pigment, age resistor, antioxidant, various modifiers and the like, besides an acrylic elastomer which is the essential component. As the ferrite constituting the elastic magnetic material together with the matrix, for example, barium ferrite, strontium ferrite or the like can be used. The ferrite is highly corrosion resistant, and exhibits excellent durability even in an environment such that a snow melting agent is sprayed. The content of the ferrite is regulated according to the necessary magnetic force and elastic magnetic material strength. A powdery magnetism imparting agent is added to the matrix component, mixed and kneaded, and then cross-linked to form an elastic magnetic material used for a rotation detector.</p> |
