<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preventing a device from breaking down shortly which is caused by a shortage of lubricant for a thrust bearing part or a radial bearing part, and prevent the amount of lubricant which lubricates the thrust bearing part from decreasing extremely which is caused by too much lubricant which is stored in the thrust bearing part transferring to the radial bearing part in a rotating sleeve body rotating. SOLUTION: A communicating ejected bar part along a radius direction is provided to two places at both ends in an angle of 180 degree at a lower inside part 12b1 of a fixed thrust plate 12b. A slit part is provided between an inside end face of the communicating protruded stripe part and a peripheral face of a fixed axis member 12a. A communicating path along the radius direction is provided between the communicating ejected bar part and a lower face of a thrust groove part 20. A lubricant 44 is held in the communicating path by surface tension, and an upper end of the lubricant 44 which is held in space between the fixed axis member 12a and a sleeve part 18a1 communicates with an inside part of the lubricant 44 which is held in a lower thrust bearing part 42.</p> |
