PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated exterior steel panel suitably used for an exterior building material requiring heavy anticorrosive properties such as a roof, a wall, a trough or the like and excellent in the corrosion resistance of the end surface and flat part thereof. SOLUTION: A primer layer of an epoxy resin with a number average mol.wt. of 6000 or more compounded with 10-28 wt.% strontium chromate rust-proof pigment is provided on the surface of a steel panel. Then, a plasticized polyvinyl chloride resin film is laminated to the primer layer through an adhesive layer and a primer layer of an epoxy resin compounded with 2-28 wt.% strontium chromate rust-proof pigment is provided on the rear surface of the steel panel and a plasticized polyvinyl chloride sol paint is applied to this primer layer. |
