PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting coil, in which design changes are not required even when the shape of a superconducting coil is changed. SOLUTION: A superconducting coil 1 is arranged between a cooling stage 5 and a coil fixing flange 6, and is fixed so as to be attachable by coil fixing studs 7 and 7'. Two current lead terminals 9 and 9' constituted of materials with superior thermal conductivity and conductivity whose semicylindrical curved surface height is different are erected on the outer periphery of the upper face of the cooling stage 5, and a current lead 10 is soldered so as to be wound around the curved surface part. The superconducting coil part, current lead terminals 9 and 9', and current lead 10 are constituted with satisfactory electrical contact so as to be insulated electrically from the other members. |
