PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage read and write transactions by allowing a 2nd data proces sor to share a network interface driver which is managed by a 1st data proces sor and transmitting main information to the network interface driver that accesses a network. SOLUTION: Although communication interface control modules 209 and 221 operate in order to perform communication between two data processors 101 and 105, where as a control/signal transmission module 222 and a network interface card driver 223 operate, in order to perform communication between a 1st processor 105 and a network 107. An inter-bus communication system including electronic cards 103A and 103B connected to a bus 102 is transparent. That is, the structure or transformation of data is will not be transmitted from one bus to the other.
