摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive type water flow detector for effectively detecting whether a water flow state has a fault or not for a long period by incorporating no mechanical operation part and no evil even in the case of an adhesion of a deposit, a corrosion, rusting or the like. SOLUTION: The electroconductive type water flow detector comprises a T-shaped cylinder 1 made of a conductive material connected to a water channel piping so that water flows from the piping to a drain tube therein and electrically connected to one electrode, and a streamlined shape plate 8 made of a conductive material arranged near a center of a branch in the cylinder 1 and electrically connected to the other electrode. In this case, water flow gaps G, G' between the plate 8 and an inner periphery of the cylinder 1 are minimized in size at a part disposed at a lower end side of the cylinder 1. In the detector constituted so that a change of a water flow state in the cylinder 1 can be detected as a change of a current between the inner periphery of the cylinder 1 and the plate 8, a planar shape of the plate 8 is formed in a large diameter on a side opposed to the piping side and in a small diameter on the drain tube side.</p>
