PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection mold of an electronic apparatus box body equipped with a flat plate-shaped radiation part capable of obtaining a precise molded product and having a flat plate-shaped radiation part having a long life. SOLUTION: In an injection mold of an electronic apparatus box body equipped with a flat plate-shaped radiation part, a slide die block 30 is provided in the fixed template 21 corresponding to a movable template 21 and the wedge-shaped block 35 driven by a pressure cylinder 36 is provided to the back part of the slide die block 30 and, before the wedge-shaped block 35 is pushed, the slide die block 30 forms a common difference compensation gap between the block 30 and the radiation part placed between the fixed template 21 and the movable template 20. The slide die block 30 receives force to slide in the direction of the movable template 20 to compensate the common difference of the flat plate-shaped radiation part. By this constitution, the electronic apparatus box body integrally molded so as to cover the flat plate-shaped radiation part in such a state that the radiation surface of the radiation part is exposed can be accurately produced and the damage of the mold at the time of molding can be prevented. |
