PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the rapidity of packet transfers between devices decreasing the amount of traffic on the network and constituting a local area network(LAN) and real time as a remote supervision control system. SOLUTION: This network system is provided with the following means: a means detecting the state of each device constituting the LAN to register and update it to the database; a means controlling the transmission of a packet to the unusual device by making a reference to the database; a means packing some packets from each device of the LAN as a single packet to send it to the wide area network; a means expanding packing packets from the wide area network to some packets to send them to each device of the LAN.
