PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an electronic mail sentence without troublesome key input by using a mobile object communication terminal such as a portable telephone. SOLUTION: For an electronic mail system, a mail sentence providing device providing the routine sentence data of electronic mail, the mobile object communication terminal and terminal equipment are connected through a network. The mail sentence providing device is provided with a mail sentence storage means storing mail sentence data groups registered beforehand, classified into prescribed categories and related with addresses indicating the stored places, an acquisition means receiving the address of the mail sentence data group transmitted from the mobile object communication terminal and acquiring the mail sentence data group corresponding to the received address from the mail sentence storage means, a mail sentence data group transmission means transmitting the mail sentence data group acquired by the acquisition means to the mobile object communication terminal which transmits the address, a return mail preparation means receiving the selection information of mail sentence data transmitted from the mobile object communication terminal and preparing return mail on the basis of the selection information and a transmission means transmitting the return mail prepared by the return mail preparation means to specified terminal equipment.
