PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and immediately acquire contents desired by a user even when the contents are transmitted through any transmission line. SOLUTION: The contents provided from a contents providing server 1-1 through a unidirectional transmission line 41 are acquired by a contents storage server 3-1, transmitted to a user terminal 2-1 and recorded in a short term keeping area 31. The contents whose transmission is requested from the user terminal 2-1 are acquired from the contents providing server 1-n or the like by the contents storage server 3-1, transmitted to the user terminal 2-1 and recorded in the short term storage area 31. Thus, on the side of the use terminal 2-1, all the contents are obtained from the contents storage server 3-1.
